1 | dl | Tomato puree |
100 | g | Finely chopped cooked ham |
100 | g | Grated cheese |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Pizzamel |
Instructions for Pizza snails 06
To prepare the Pizza snails 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Udrør the yeast in lukewarm water.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Knead the dough together until it is smooth. Style to uplift in a warm place, with a damp cloth for about 1 hour.
Roll the dough out to approximately 30 x 35 cm.
Pureen on butter, sprinkle with ham, cheese and oregano.
Roll out dough together like a roulade and cut into slices.
Put the snails on a baking tray with baking paper and let them raise for about 10 min.
Behind them at 225 degrees for about 15 mins
