150 | g | Ham strips, raw |

25 | g | Yeast |

500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Pizza Snail for the lunch package recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough:
The yeast is stirred in the lukewarm water. Sugar is added - afterwards the oil. List of flour was kneaded in - kneaded well, preferably on stirrer. Salt + The rest of the flour is added and kneaded until the dough is cool. Raises for approx. 1 ½ hour.
The dough turns down - rests a couple of minutes. Roll to oblong square on flour sprinkled table as thin as possible.
The dough is lubricated with a smooth layer of tomato sauce, sprinkle with ham (chopped very nicely if desired), finish with oregano and a little cheese.
The dough with stuffing is rolled into a roulade cut for approx. 1½ - 2 cm., Thick slices, put on baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with cheese, to taste.
Bake for approx. 20 min., At 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
