Ingredients for Pistachio cake

Melted chocolate
Green walnuts or pistachios
1Orange juice and must thereto
1tspBaking soda
100gChopped walnuts
200gWheat flour
200gPistachio lot
200gButter
200gSugar
4Eggs
60-70gChopped dark chocolate

Instructions for Pistachio cake

To prepare the Pistachio cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the butter and sugar, light and airy. Add the pistachio mass and whisk again. Came the egg yolks one at a time, whisk in between each. Came the grated orange peel in.
The chopped nuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder mix and add alternately with orange juice.

The egg whites whipped stiff and fold into the dough.

The dough in a greased springform and bake at 170 degrees c. alm. oven for approx. 60 min.

When the cake is cold, brush it with melted chocolate and garnish with the whole nuts.
