Instructions for Pheasant leverpostej
To prepare the Pheasant leverpostej recipe, please follow these instructions:
DUP liver dry with paper towel and remove possibly tendons. Mix the liver in food processor or blender along with the butter, flour, eggs, cream and anchovies.
Peel the Apple and grate it roughly. Arrow and chop the onion finely. Stir in Apple and onion in liver forcemeat and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Com mixture into a mold or ovenproof dish and bagpostejen about 3/4 hour at 175 degrees.
Cool cnivi to the next day if it is to be cold.
