Ingredients for Petit Four
20 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Eggs (approx. 4 pieces) |
200 | g | Odense marcipan |
200 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Petit Four
To prepare the Petit Four recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marzipan and sugar are melted together, butter is added gradually. Then it is well kneaded and the eggs are added one at a time. After two of the eggs have arrived, add the flour, then add the rest of the eggs.
The bread pan is baked with baking paper and the lubricant is lubricated in a uniform layer of approx. 1cm. thickness.
Bake at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.
After cooling the bottom is divided into the middle and lubricated with apricot marmalade, cut into small squares or triangles or stitched out with a round or a heartbeat.
The cakes are now ready to cover in chocolate or glaze with icing.
