Instructions for Pesto by Ramson
To prepare the Pesto by Ramson recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse Ramson well and pat dry, remove any flower buds and cut leaves and stems into smaller pieces. Blancer evt. leaves momentarily in boiling salted water.
Blend then Ramson with pine nuts and a little salt to the mass is finely ground. So let the Blender run while the oil is poured in to the desired consistency is achieved. Grate or in so short a blend and season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
