To prepare the Perlehøne breast filled with mushrooms sauce, pasta and vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stuffed perlehøne breast:
The spinach lightly of Brown along with finely chopped onion. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cutting a pocket on the underside of the breast, and the cooled spinach filled. Breasts FRY approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees C in an hot air oven.

Mushrooms sauce: the mushrooms are washed, dried and cut into slices. The sauté in a pan with a little oil. Add the cream and indkoges by half. The sauce taste with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Pasta: Pasta cooked approx. 1 min. in water with oil and salt.

Course is served with freshly cooked vegetables.
