Instructions for Pebre with veal

To prepare the Pebre with veal recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash the beans and clean them for stems and seeds. Sprinkle some salt well on the inside. Chop the onions nicely and brown them in the grease. Add the peppers and rice. Let it shake a little and add 1 dl of warm water. Add the meat, the peeled and chopped tomatoes, peppers, and the parsley. Let the mixture warm and take off when it starts to boil. Fill the pears with this mixture, finish by sprinkling a little flour and place them with the tip down in a deep frying pan.
