To prepare the Peberaioli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the egg yolks, garlic, salt and vinegar and pink pepper in a bowl. Pour the oil in drop by drop in the beginning and whisk vigorously. Continue with more oil at a time until all the oil is used. Season to taste with coarse pepper and whisk if necessary. a little water if the sauce seems too thick. Ideal as a dip for vegetables.
