To prepare the PEAR brandy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pears into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Add the sugar at the end. Stir well and let stand for 3 weeks. Filter a schnapps. Flavor now on DRAM and add if necessary. more moisture or sugar to taste. Let it stand for more 3-4 weeks, filter again. DRAM is now ready for serving.
