Ingredients for Pear and Spice Soup

2 | tbsp | Chopped mixed herbs |
2 | tbsp | Plain yogurt |
350 | g | Tender leeks |
50 | g | Walnuts |
Instructions for Pear and Spice Soup
To prepare the Pear and Spice Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the pores well with a sharp knife. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bring the pears on the forehead and saute them over even heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir regularly in it.
Pour the broth and turn down the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Come walnuts in a food processor and chop them nicely. Bring the pear mixture into the nuts and blend them for a moment until it becomes pure. Pour it all into a bowl of bowl.
Stir egg yolks, herbs and yogurt well together. Pour the egg mixture over the porridge puree. Season with salt and pepper and stir it together.
Whip egg whites in a bowl until they stand as small peaks.
Turn egg whites into the pear mixture. Bring the mixture into a lightly greased 9 dl. soufflé cup.
Put in a preheated oven 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.
