The layers are poured from the peaches and they are blended. A little lemon juice and sugar are poured at. Whip floats are whipped. The egg whites are whipped stiff. The whip and egg whites are turned into the peach pulp Fromage frais maigre is added and stirred around. The pulp is poured into the ice machine and when it is thick and grit it is ready to pour into a mold and freeze down.
