Ingredients for Pastagratin with tuna
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Grated cheese-maker |
1½ | dl | Water |
1-2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1-2 | can | Tuna in water (approx. 150-300 g) |
2 | tbsp | Corn flour or flour |
250 | g | Mushrooms |
250 | g | Pasta screws |
250 | g | Leeks or celery |
3 | tsp | Knor provencale condiment or seasoning urtemix |
3 | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
Instructions for Pastagratin with tuna
To prepare the Pastagratin with tuna recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven and adjust it to 200 degrees.
Cook the pasta for approx. 8-10 min. With 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour the water from when boiled. The pears and mushrooms are cleansed, cut into thin slices and welded on a pan in the oil. Bring water, milk and Provencale spice into a saucepan, bring it to a boil while stirring. Make a jerk with Maizena / flour in a melster, slowly put it in the sauce while boiling weakly, stop when you have a thick smooth sauce, let it boil for another minute while stirring. Put the pasta in a refractory dish, then the vegetables, tuna, sauce and finally sprinkle the cheese on top. The dish is placed in the middle of the oven for approx. 20-25 min.
