Cut bacon into small slices. Cook the bacon in a little oil. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. The bacon must be crisp.
In another pot, whip and gorgonzola slowly warm up. Stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Mix pasta, bacon, onion and roast oil into the gorgonzola sauce and stir well. Server immediately.
