1 | dl | Water |
1-2 | pcs | Leeks |
2 | pcs | Eggs |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
250 | g | Cooked pasta screws |
500 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Pasta gratin
To prepare the Pasta gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the meat in the oil until it crumbs and changes color. Clean and cut the pears into thin rings. Bring them together with tomato sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes until it is quite thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a large refractory dish. Put a layer of pasta scrub in the bottom, over the meat sauce and cover with pasta. Whip the eggs together and stir the Mornay sauce. Distribute the mixture over the dish - it should not cover completely. Lift the pasta with a fork, so the sauce needs a little bit. Bake the gratin in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 35 minutes until it is golden and solid. Can be sprinkled with fried cheese for the last 15 minutes.
Serve hot with green salad as an accessory.
