To prepare the Parsnip & amp; apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the parsnips into smaller pieces.
Mix with melted butter, apples in both and vanilla kernels.
Bring the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with thyme and drip with honey and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper and come over the bacon nights.
Puff pastry in the oven at 200 gr. C for approx. 40 min.
Turn around a couple of times.
