200 | g | Wholemeal bread |
30 | g | Grated Parmesan cheese |
600 | g | Shrimp from brine |

To prepare the Parmesan and chili gratinerede shrimp recipe, please follow these instructions:
Drain shrimp well and place them in a heat-proof platter. Pour the oil, spices and Parmesan cheese over it.
Gratinér shrimp in the oven at 190 degrees C for approximately 5 minutes and serve them with a mixed salad, which is washed, dried and sprinkled with a little very good olive oil.
Enjoy a good slice of bread.
Tips:
This right is reminiscent of the Mediterranean "gambas", which is shrimp in garlic-oil, but are not so bold.
