1Vanilla pod
12Strawberries, fresh
2leavesIsinglass, leaves
2tbspSugar
4dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Pannacotta

To prepare the Pannacotta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soaked house blossom in cold water. Fold the vanilla pole and put the barley and pole into a pan of cream and sugar. Warm up to boiling point. Add the soaked, crushed husblas and melt it with mild heat.

Rinse 4 small molds with cold water and pour the cream mixture (without the vanilla) i. Put them cold for a couple of hours. Loosen the edges and deep molds for a short while in hot water. Turn the desserts onto 4 plates and decorate with strawberries or other fruit
