Instructions for Pancakes with passion fruit
To prepare the Pancakes with passion fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide the passion fruit in half and dig the fruit meat out with a spoonful. Mix fruit and kernels with 4 tablespoons sugar in a bowl over water bath. Spoon the eggs in plums and whites and mix the flour with salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and cream. Whip the egg whites into hard foam and mix them with the egg yolks. Melt the fat into a large frying pan with high edges. Pour the mass, put on the lid and turn down the heat to the lowest setting.
