Bacon, diced
Mushroom slices (fried)
Chopped onion
Only your imagination sets the limit
Mozarella cheese in slices
Oregano or pizza seasoning
Paprika
Pepper
Sausages in thin slices
Salt

0.5canPeeled chopped tomatoes (the rest can be frozen for another good time)
1tbspGood oil
1tspCoarse salt
1Small chopped onion
1dlWater
2tspBaking soda
2cloveGarlic
200gWheat flour

Instructions for Pancake pizza at approx. 25 min.

To prepare the Pancake pizza at approx. 25 min. recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the dough and roll it out to pour it into a sandy frying pan (like one that can enter the oven)
Lightly brush the forehead with a little olive oil and baking the dough for approx. 6 min. For good golden, be aware that it is only to be baked on one side.
Meanwhile, cook the onions in a little oil, add garlic and tomato, cook a little and season with spices.
Then fill in (while the pizza is still on the forehead, the pan is not ovenproof, put the pizza on a baking sheet) first tomato sauce, then cheese and then rest as desired.
The pan is placed in the oven for a maximum of 20 minutes, at 200 gr on hot air. Or until the filling is golden.

tips:
An easy and fast pizza that does not require raising. A ready-to-use pizza sauce can be made, both with and without purchase. Served if required. With a good salad. Should be eaten the same day as the bottom can get a bit boring the following day. The dough can be well made the day before and stored in the refrigerator and then baked in the evening.
