To prepare the Ovnæggekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bacon slices rose crispy.
Mel is whipped out with milk and the whole egg is added. An ovenproof dish is lubricated with the bacon grease and pour the egg into. The dish is put in the oven approx. 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
When the egg yolk can "carry", put tomatoes in slices and put the dish in the oven approx. 10 minutes.
Served with french bread or flutes.
