Put the mussels in an ovenproof dish. Onions, garlic and parsley are chopped finely and sprinkled over each clam with a little butter on top. The cheese is spread over. Gratinate in the oven at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes. Served with white wine and flutes with cold spice butter.
