Instructions for Orange fromage 1
To prepare the Orange fromage 1 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour softly in cold water for approx. 5-10 min. Whip passport. Egg yolks with sugar until it turns white and airy. Then mix orange peel, orange juice and lemon juice into the egg yolks. Whip cream to whipped cream. Whip passport. Egg whites until they are stiff and airy.
Take the house blast off the water and melt it in a water bath. Slowly pour the house blister into the orange and egg while whipping. Turn whipped cream and whipped egg whites in. Pour it into small glass or glass bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving. Decorate with orange slices and good appetite!
