60 | g | Provolone cheese cut into thin slices |
600 | g | Beef topside divided into 4 thin slices |

To prepare the Okser rolls in tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the meat out with a meat hammer and season with salt and pepper. Put ham, cheese, raisins, pine nuts and garlic on the meat and roll it together. Tie the meat roll with cotton cord and brown roll in olive oil on a pan. Keep the meat warm and brown on the forehead. Bowl of red wine and chopped tomato, put the meat rolls in and simmer approx. 30 min. Too low heat and under low temperature. Cut the rolls into slices, add on tomato sauce and sprinkle with parsley and basil leaves.
