140 | g | Finely ground flour, spelt (wheat can be used but spelt is better) |
45 | g | Sugar |
90 | g | Soft nougat |
Instructions for Nut mazarin cake
To prepare the Nut mazarin cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pastry: the soft butter is stirred with sugar. Mix the flour in and flip the egg quickly. Be cool at least one hour.
Fill: Smut almonds and chop them. Must not grind! Melt the butter and let cool. Whip eggs and sugar fluffy, mix chilled butter and almonds gently in.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees C in 35-40 minutes or at 165 degrees C in an hot air oven.
Toppings: Nougat, cut into slices and place on the hot cake. When it is melted is distributed it gently on the cake and then rotated the cake so that the surface becomes smooth and glossy. Garnish with almonds.
