400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Margarine |
500 | g | Sigtebrødsmel |
6 | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |

Instructions for Norwegian whole wheat bread
To prepare the Norwegian whole wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine is melted, the milk is added, the butter is melted out. Syrup, salt and flour are added. The dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. ¾ hour.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into 2 loaves, which are put in lubricated molds. Replies approximately 30 minutes.
Bagetime about ¾ hour at 175 degrees.

Norwegian whole wheat bread is a bit sweet, but has a good bread flavor. P.g.a. The sugar content is baking temperature 175 degrees so the crust is not getting too dark.
