1tbspFish sauce
1Udkernet, green bell pepper, sliced
1tbspVegetable oil
125gShredded cabbage
2stemsPale celery sliced
2tbspWater
200gChinese ægnudler
3cloveMinced garlic
3tbspOyster sauce
4Dried Chinese mushrooms
50gChopped peanuts
6Shallots, sliced

Instructions for Noodles with vegetables and oyster sauce

To prepare the Noodles with vegetables and oyster sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water for approx. 5 minutes. Drip well. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in a wok or large sauté pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients, except groundnuts and noodles, and boil. Turn down the flask and simmer for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Stir the boiled noodles and heat the dish for another 1 minute until the noodles are warmed through. Sprinkle with peanuts
