Ingredients for Non-baked cheesecake

1 | tsp | Sugar |
150 | g | Almonds |
20 | Fresh raspberries | |
200 | g | Digestive biscuits |
3 | tbsp | Corn starch |
4 | Past. egg yolks | |
4 | Past. egg white | |
5 | dl | Cream |
6 | tbsp | Acacia honey |
Instructions for Non-baked cheesecake
To prepare the Non-baked cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bottom is made by chopping the almonds into small pieces, breaking the biscuits into small pieces and mixing both in a bowl of 4 spoonfuls of acacia honey.
Whip the egg whites until they are stiff.
Whip egg yolks with sugar until they are raw white.
Then whip the rest of the ingredients together with the egg yolks and gently turn the egg whites into.
Pour the mass over the bottom in either a bowl or spring form and put it all for 3 hours.
Decorate with raspberries.
If the mass is difficult to stiff then put it in the freezer for ½ hour.
Otherwise it can be mixed in the filling while it is being stirred.
tips:
This type of cheesecake is hard to cut like a real cake, but it would be useful as a trifili if you do not want to make the attempt.
