Instructions for Nanaimo Bars
To prepare the Nanaimo Bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom layer: melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Whip the egg well together.
Stir sugar and cocoa powder in the butter and gradually whip the egg.
Stir constantly in the pan until the mixture becomes thicker.
Remove the pan from the heat and add vanilla.
Crush the biscuits, chop the nuts and put them together with the coconut flour.
Bring the mixture into a frying pan (23 x 23) and spread it in a smooth layer.
Cover the pan with a film and place it in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
Middle layer: Stir the butter '' smooth '' with a hand mixer and then add all the other ingredients.
Stir until the mixture is even.
If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.
Spread the mixture over the bottom of the pan.
Cuddle with movies and style it in the refrigerator for approx. 30 min.
Top layer: melt butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Dress and style it in the fridge for the chocolate has become stuck.
tips:
Wait to cut into the confection until it's room-tempered, so the chocolate does not crack and it looks nicer :)
