Instructions for Nøddebunde
To prepare the Nøddebunde recipe, please follow these instructions:
The hazelnuts are easily shaken on a dry forehead. Rinse off by rubbing them in a dish and chopped very fine (to flour) in a blender.
Sift wheat flour, hazelnut flour and sugar together into a bowl.
Whip egg whites foamy and add fast sugar to achieve a smooth consistency.
Then add the sifted ingredients and turn it all together with a rubber scraper.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and characters with a pencil dial 18 cm in diameter. Bring the mass into a syringe bag and spray bottoms or spread bunches within the signed rings. Immediately place the plate in the oven and behind the bases until they are golden at 180-190 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20-25 minutes.
Allow the bottles to cool completely before use.
