Ingredients for Muslingeris

2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Solve rice (uncooked) |
4 | dl | Fish soup |
4 | dl | Fluid (whipping cream + Sea brine) |
Instructions for Muslingeris
To prepare the Muslingeris recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow went and chop it fine. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauce loosened.
Add the rice and let them sew a little in the pan. Bring the broth and lay on the saucepan. Let the rice cook about 20 min.
Let the mussels run off and clean them.
Save the layer.
Melt the fat to the sauce in a saucepan and sweat the curry therein. Sprinkle over and over with mussel and cream. Let the sauce boil through.
Warm the mussels in the sauce. Season with salt.
Bring the rice into a serving bowl or a larger bowl.
Pour the mussel sauce over and serve immediately.
tips:
Can be made in advance and only heated in the microwave before serving. Serve with warm flute.
