1-2 | clove | Garlic (pressed) |
1-2 | dl | Milk (depending on where suacen is desired) |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Spinach (chopped) |
500 | g | Minced beef |
600 | g | Sliced potatoes |
Instructions for Muska with spinach
To prepare the Muska with spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring some oil into a deep pan and season thyme, salt pepper and garlic card. Then put the meat in and sweat until golden.
Add spinach (if frozen, just add more) and mix well. Finally add the peeled tomatoes and simmer approx. 15min. Then taste with salt and pepper.
Sauce: warm the oil into a small saucepan and then sugar and flour. Whisk with a whipping cream and add the milk. A good idea is to heat the milk, avoiding lumps easily.
Pour the sliced potatoes into an oven dish and mix them easily with the meat mixture. Finally pour the sauce over and the dish is baked for approx. 15 min at 190 ° C.
tips:
For this dish a good red wine or port wine fits. Can be supplemented with a cold light salad, as well as grated cheese like topping. Is also nice as a packed lunch.
