½ | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
½ | Red bell pepper | |

1 | Eggs | |
1 | Fintsnittet scallion | |
1 1/4 | tbsp | Baking soda |

2 | dl | Wheat flour |

25 | g | Melted butter |
35 | g | Roasted bacon or ham into strips |
4 | drops | Tobasco |
50 | g | Grated parmesan, Emmental or the like |

To prepare the Muffins with food filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the dry together in a bowl. Whip egg, milk and butter together in another bowl. Slowly wet it in the dry so it does not lump and finally turn the filling into the dough. If the fill is dry, the texture can be adjusted with a little more milk. Distribute the dough into small pieces of paper or lubricate the linseed and immediately place them in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The baked muffins can be frozen.
