1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | dl | Raisins |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Grated carrot |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Canola oil |
2.25 | dl | Lukewarm water |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
Instructions for Minirugbrød - the children's favorites
To prepare the Minirugbrød - the children's favorites recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water and add oil, honey, salt, fox carrot and raisins. Add the flour and knead it well, preferably in a kitchen machine. Let the dough raise a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Turn the dough through and cut it out for approx. 12 lumps of dough that were kneaded for elongated little bread. Put the bread on a baking sheet and add another 30 min.
Crash if necessary Bring and brush them with eggs or water. The bread is baked 10-12 min. At 200 degrees.
Let the loaves cool off on a grate.
