0.5 | package | Yeast |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
6 | dl | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Mini Baguettes
To prepare the Mini Baguettes recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. break up the yeast in a bowl
2. add yeast and lukewarm water touched off
3. stir sugar and salt in
4. Add the 1/2 portion of meletog stir well
5. Add as much of the flour, the dough gets rid the Bowl
6. Sprinkle flour on the table and knead the dough well
7. The dough is divided in 4 parts and shaped to 01.00 and clipped onto the surface with a 3-4 average
8. The request to be executed on a baking tray with baking paper
9. switch on the oven at 200 c.
10. bake loaves in my 25-35.
11. Loaves cooled on grate
Tips:
We have taught them in home economics and they taste good! Possibly butter and hot cocoa
