Ingredients for Minestrone

Instructions for Minestrone

To prepare the Minestrone recipe, please follow these instructions:

Set the beans to soak overnight.

Let them drain. Boil them for 15 minutes and pour boiling water from. Heat the oil up in a pan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Stir into the onions are clear. Add the tomatoes, parsley, white beans, broth and wine. Some gruel is, covered, for 2 hours.
