Instructions for Melonmarmalade
To prepare the Melonmarmalade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the glasses in the atamon.
Clean and blend the honey melon.
Put the blended contents into a saucepan and add 1 kg. Pickled sugarcane sugar. The mixture is boiled for approx. 8 min, then froth and pour it on glass. Add if necessary. 2 haircut atamon for durability.
The glasses are closed when the marmalade is cold
