1Onion, finely minced
10-12Mushrooms, cut into slices or into quarters

Instructions for Meatballs with bacon

To prepare the Meatballs with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the bacon pieces on a pan (they get crisp if the heat is moderate)
Picked up on greasy paper / paper roll.

Shake the mushrooms in the fat from the bacon, together with onion and garlic. When the bulbs are ready, the meat is added and it is fry until it has changed color. Then add tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes, red wine (wine vinegar), basil oregano, and bacon pieces and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
