To prepare the Marinated rump roast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Culotten placed in a plastic bag. Stir together the marinade of soy, garlic and ginger, and pour over meat. Made in refrigerator for 24 hours, and invert a few times. Brown the meat in the oven 5-10 min. on each side, by 225 Gr. Temperature screwed down to 160 gr and the meat FRY approx. 1 hour.
Gratinerede cheese potato tarts and serve with green salad.
