Water
1dlJelly sugar
125gFine-grained sugar
125gButter
2Eggs
2tbspIce cold water
200gWheat flour
250gRaw marzipan
500gFresh summer berries

Instructions for Marcipan pie

To prepare the Marcipan pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour and sugar and crumble. Butter in. Stir the dough with a little water and let it rest for 30 minutes. in the fridge.

Roll out the dough and put it in a tarted form.

Stir butter and sugar softly. Whip the eggs in one of the hallways and stir the diced marcipan in the dough. Bring the dough into the pie, baking at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 min. Let the pie cool off.

Mix 2 dl of water and some yellow sugar in a saucepan and let it boil for one and a half minutes and set it for cooling. Decorate with lots of fresh berries and pour the gel over.

Server with cremefraiche or cream.
