2 | tsp | Baking soda |
25 | g | Hazelnuts |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
Instructions for Marcipan horn
To prepare the Marcipan horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, baking soda and sugar. Crumble the fat so it looks like grated cheese. Mix the milk and quickly collect the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll each piece into a round plate approx. 27 cm in diameter. Divide each plate into 8 triangles.
Divide the marcipan into small pieces and put a piece on each triangle at the wide end. Roll each triangle together about the fill and shape to the horn.
Put the horns on the tip so that they do not roll over the baking. Brush with eggs. Chop the nuts, sprinkle nuts and teaspoons over the horns.
Bake approx. 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven
