1 | can | Pineapple. canning |
1 | dl | Pineapple juice. canning |
1.5 | dl | Water |
140 | g | Tomato puree. concentrated |
2 | tbsp | White wine vinegar |
200 | g | Onion |
4 | dl | Rice |
500 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Mörbrad pot with pineapple
To prepare the Mörbrad pot with pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the tenderloin and cut it for approx. 1 cm. Thick slices.
Mix tomato paste, soy, water, pineapple and vinegar in a pan. Let the sauce boil.
Peel and chop peeled. Put it in the pan.
Place the meat in the boiling sauce. Boil for approx. 15 minutes.
Peel the cucumber and split it along. Dig the kernels out with a spoon. Cut the cucumber in half-months.
Bring pineapple in the tern and cucumber up in the pan.
Give it all a boil and taste if necessary. With salt and pepper.
Server with rice or noodles.
