Instructions for Luxury creamballs
To prepare the Luxury creamballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites and sugar stiff at steady speed on the stirrer. Boil the sugar syrup by mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil it up to 117 degrees. Slowly pour the syrup into the pinch whites, but you whip at low speed. Make sure you do not pour the syrup down on whipping, but distribute it around the marlin. Screw up and whistle at even speed. Whip at the very end at high speed. Add the vanilla at last and make sure it is well distributed in the mass.
Roll the marcipan thinly and place it in a diameter of 5-6 cm. Fill the marcel in a smooth bag of syringe and spray it on top of the marcipan bottom.
Let the cream balls settle for about ½ hour. Then coat them with chocolate using a cup. Keep in mind The cream bowl with a fork or place it on a small grate so that the chocolate can run away. Bank either fork or grate so the chocolate does not get stuck.
