Instructions for Lure Ball
To prepare the Lure Ball recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a bowl, pour cold milk over and stir. Add sugar and wheat flour slightly at a time, and work fat in the dough with an electric whip. Sprinkle slightly over and allow the dough to rise for 10 minutes. Put the dough on a floured table and knead it smoothly. Divide it into 2 pieces and roll each piece into rectangular plates, 20x40 cm. Cut 16 triangles out of each plate. Stir fat, sugar and vanilla sugar together into the filling and spread it on the triangles. Bake the dough over the filling and put the balls in paper form. Let them raise to double size, approx. ½ hour Spoon the egg together and brush the balls. Bake at 225 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Allow the balls to be cold and sift over the flour. Server the balls hot.
tips:
The long rise time is due to the fact that the dough has to be cold, that is, raising cold liquid.
