Ingredients for Lunch herring

EVS. 1-2 tbsp. water
1smallApple into small cubes
1Grated carrot
1Red bell pepper, diced
1/2tspCurry
1/2tspPaprika
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspSugar
1/4Cucumber into small cubes
2tbspConcentrated tomato puree
200gFromage frais
200gMarinated herring (ca. 4 herring fillets)
3tbspEasy-mayonnaise

Instructions for Lunch herring

To prepare the Lunch herring recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir fromage frais with easy-mayonnaise, salt, sugar, spices ... and tomato puree.
Mix Apple, cucumber, bell pepper and carrot in the dressing.
Cut the herring fillets in chunks and toss them in the dressing.
Add if necessary. 1-2 tbsp. water if the salad is too thick.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Let Jules fire pull about 1 hour before serving.

Eaten on good tyktskrået rye bread. Try to avoid fat underneath.
