Mix milk, fromage frais, baking powder, sugar, flour, vanilla and cocoa. Whip the egg whites until stiff and then turn them gently in the rest of the mixture. The cake came in the form and place in the middle of the oven. Bake at 200 degrees C for about 45 minutes.
