To prepare the Low fat carrot cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

The carrots are peeled and torn.

The eggs are whipped airy with sugar (sweetener) and vanilla sugar.

Flour, baking soda and spices are turned into the egg yolks together with the carrots.

Add milk to dough until it is smooth.
