To prepare the Lotte's low fat guacamole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pile the meat out of the avocados and put it into a blender / rod blender.
Crush the garlic or chop them nicely and hit the avocados.
Blend avocado and garlic to a uniform mass.
Come scream and blend again.
Season with salt and pepper.
tips:
Tip: The guacamol lasts a little further on the fresh green color, if you get the stones from the avocados into the bowl with the finished guacamole.
