Instructions for Long-tailed tomatoes

To prepare the Long-tailed tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

The tomatoes are halved and placed in an ovenproof dish.

Garlic, parsley and mustard onion are chopped very nicely. Thyme leaves are sewn off the twigs. Both are stirred together with oil and poured over the tomatoes.

The tomatoes are seasoned with salt and pepper and the sugar is sprinkled over.

The dish is baked at 90 degrees C. Alm. Oven for 3-4 hours.
