To prepare the Long-tailed tomatoes 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Half the tomatoes and put them on a baking sheet with baking paper, with the cutting side upwards. Spice the tomatoes with oil, salt, pepper, sugar and thyme. Bake the tomatoes at 100-125 degrees until they have fallen to half height and the sides have begun to curl inward (time depends on size, maturity, oven temperature, etc. but a bid will be about 1 1/2 hour). Take the tomatoes out and let them cool a little.
Place tomatoes on a small glass jar, together with peppercorns, garlic (need not be peeled) and thyme. Pour olive oil over to cover and cool.
The tomatoes can hold about 14 days and is best after 4-5 days.

There are no cherry tomatoes to be used. Applies to sized tomatoes adjusted cut / baking time.
